Lời giới thiệu: Phu An Bamboo Village It was a peaceful summer afternoon in 2018 when I visited Phu An Bamboo Village. It is not really a village, more like a huge bamboo garden. Originally, it was a scientific project to preserve the unique bamboo varieties of Vietnam. And, naturally, also a beautiful tourist attraction. I met the caretaker, he was very friendly, and we talked quite a lot. He told me about the history of Bamboo Village, and that it used to be very popular with many visiting tourists. Which, somehow, had changed. He was quite convinced that the place would soon be closed because of the lack of interest. But still he was happy as ever, loving to do his daily work. Lastly, I asked him "May I take a photo of you?". And then came this gorgeous smile. Times change, what goes up must come down. It is normal, it always happens. But the smile, it is always there. Forever.
